About: GOLDEN BERYL DE is slightly older mare who is ready for the show ring or the breeding barn. Her sire is the real-life stallion PRINCE BENAY, a gorgeous, robust bay who was the Champion Pure Crabbet Stallion at the World Crabbet Convention in 2005. He has several under saddle championships as well, and breeds very nice foals with that classic Wentworthian "Old World" Crabbet elegance. He's a SARAFIRE son and has several crosses to SINDH on his dam's side, a Crabbet stallion I always like to see in my pedigrees.
GOLDEN BERYL DE's dam is Datura's foundation pure Crabbet broodmare. *NEPHELINE GOLD is the dam of four other foals, including our endurance mount AZURITE FARWA DE, and BLUE GOLDSTONE DE, who was the Champion Six Year Old Mare at this year's Elran Cup, as well as the Green Working Hunter Champion at the Region 6 Championships. She competes in hunters both in HFAHA and the HFHA, and consistently places very well. GOLDEN BERYL DE looks like she could go a variety of different discipline paths--she'd make a nice endurance mount, or she has the movement for hunter pleasure, or she could make a very nice working hunter or low jumper if that suits you. She's a dream under saddle.
